This is a delightfully hipsterific joint. The decor screams of disposable income and self awareness. This is in Fort Collins, so you have the perfect blend of college hip and high tech pay scale. Great food, great atmosphere and great service. The staff was so friendly and helpful so I could find gluten-free dishes. The bartender was also allergic to gluten, so they were very well known. The whole food was top-notch. So delicious. I had the loaded notes, chorizo and potato soup, and Brussel sprouts. I'm looking forward to going back. View all feedback.
