The food truck is far superior to the actual location. I find it quite frustrating that, instead of announcing when my food is ready, the cook chooses to sit on his phone. Having worked in several kitchens myself, I think it's unprofessional to be distracted by your phone while customers are trying to place their orders. I don?t often take time to write reviews but we tried the food truck out tonight for the first time and we were impressed. We tried three different sandwiches and they were all good! My six year old even loved hers. Everything was fresh and delicious! Another thing I really liked was that the guy who prepared our food washed his hands before he started preparing the food. That?s always nice to see! We want to try more of these sandwiches soon!
