She’s the finest cake designer we have in NOCO! She created a rose cardamon cake with hand painted pearl rose flowers. A fabulous tribute to my fav paintings. The cake was mouth watering and I couldn’t eat enough of it!!!

Nobody knew or would even attempt to make an Italian Cream Cake around Fort Collins except Elizabeth. She said she would try and it turned out great. I also know she makes a Peanut Butter Blonde (PB Blonde) sold at Dutch brothers which is pretty amazing. I have a feeling Elizabeth at I d Eclair makes and number of items that taste a little like heaven. Cant wait until the next time!

I could not find any place that makes Ital... read more I will forever recommend I D’eclaire Pastry! I was looking to recreate my parents wedding cake for their anniversary. I could not find any place that makes Italian cream cake, as it is a southern specialty! I called and the owner Elizabeth was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet and was willing and excited to give it a try not to mention I called and needed it on short notice! We ate it a couple days ago and it was phenomenal! Both parents were so happy and surprised as they have not been able to find it for over 25 years! Their pastry’s at Dutch bro’s are also amazing and I’m hooked on the PB blondie! I would recommend them over and over!
