I LOVE it. It's IMO the only good Chinese in Fort Collins. I've lived in large cities small, been to China. It's excellent American style Chinese (maybe there's a separate Chinese menu IDK) with great quality and ingredients and they give you really large servings. I used to really love getting sushi from Chilli House! I've been a customer for several years and usually love the food there, but the last few times, maybe 3 in the last 8 months, it's been poorly rolled and falls apart before you can eat it- that can be common in the bigger rolls I know, but even the smaller Philadelphia roll and salmon rolls were the same way. Holy moly was that great ! The food and portions were fantastic! Prices were more than fair for the quality. Wait staff was unbelievably friendly. Will be back !
Ordered through delivery. Mongolian beef was tough onions and beef only with no spice, super salty and swimming in oil. No acid, no balance.
