So I liked this Starbucks when we first moved to the area but a little over a year later and I order from DD and everything is messed up! My coffee cup was empty and I didn't get my food item, I requested a redelivery just to find out the food item was out of stock but they wouldn't do anything about it I just needed to talk to DD about it. I was sitting inside drinking my coffee. While listening to a couple workers mock and make fun of people in the drive thru. Do they not realize people can hear them? Makes me wonder if I have been made fun of while in the drive thru. Seriously unprofessional and just plain gross behavior. View all feedback.
This is a hit or miss place. It seems to take longer than other locations to make drinks. And the sticker machine always seems to skip my drink(s) so...
I've loved every single drink I have got from this starbucks, no complaints! But every time I get the sweet tea, compared to other starbucks, it taste...

The Staff is friendly and quick. The wait is less than 3 minutes and they always get it just right. I love my Starbucks in Cove
Every time I come here it's always a long wait and aren't even crowded like that. I don't get it! And can never get the drinks made correctly!
