First time renting bass tracker here. The staff were very nice during my visit and helpful. It was a pretty seamless process. I would give 5 stars if the price was a little better. It’s pretty much the same as civilian sources not really benefiting the Soldiers the way it’s intended. View all feedback.
We love gear to go! We use them every year to rent an inflatable water slide for my son’s birthday. It’s always a hit! Their prices are unbeatable and their staff is so friendly! The only downfall is that there is not a delivery option for the inflatables. This one is 18 ft and insanely heavy. You need very strong people to lift this thing up into a truck. It’s a lot of work! The inflatables are so worth it though!
Staff is difficult. Things not in stock. Need to make reservations months out for most items.
I have rented a car hauler from here on 4 different occasions and every time it was a smooth process , the staff was friendly, and the equipment was A+.
Rented a camper. GREAT service both in front office and from Murph who checked us out and gave us an orientation.
Love gear to go. They always have what we need. This is our go to place.
