I have no complaints about this restaurant. My daughter enjoys their gluten-free crust and it makes ordering for the whole family much easier. The only downside is that, as she is lactose intolerant, she still needs to take a pill. However, this restaurant is the best option we have tried in the area, with fast and easy service. Overall, we have no complaints. View all feedback.
What Samantha Greenhill doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
My husband and I purchased two large pizzas and cheesy bread at this restaurant on Tuesday. Unfortunately, we both got extremely sick last night. We are highly disappointed with the lack of proper food handling at this establishment. I hope this issue is investigated and rectified for the future. View all feedback.
One of the best Domino's I've been to. Order is never wrong, and staff are super friendly and accommodating.
The pizza was dry, tasted funny, second time we’ve had to return it and ask for a different pizza. Wasn’t Brooklyn style which is was we chose, it was thin crust. And I’m highly disappointed. I think it’s due to the fact that they have young staff on duty with no visual manager or direction. Both times I went in they seemed like they didn’t know or care what they were doing the way they were handling the pizza. The first time the girl was on her PHONE touching her phone before I watched her prepare a pizza to go out for delivery which she was having to handle with her hands and utensils with her hands and putting it in a box to get delivered there’s so many germs on a phone .. and the pizza was already cooked so there was no heating those germs to kill them off Only reason I’m giving a two star is because the lava dessert cake was decent.
What is the point in having on line ordering if when you arrive to pick up your order you get told it will be another 30 minutes?!? If I'm taking my time to drive and pick up my food it should be ready.
(EDIT: disappointed on the delivery of pizza last night. Not their beat work. Sometimes service is slow, but they have a alot of orders so it's understandable. They do good work and hardly ever make a mistake. If they do they'll make up for it.
Don't ask for extra toppings just wasting money if you order online. Did same order in person carry out
