Pizza Hut - Fort Atkinson

When I got my food it smelled amazing, almost didn't make it home! Service was outstandind, and all workers were very friendly and helpful. Almost makes me want to get some of their food every night The manager there, Mike B. seemed right on top of everything. Trying to make certain things were going correctly. I did speak to a district manager or I think it was) who while polite just didn't seem that pleasant. My girlfriend likes Pizza Hut, and myself found them good as well. There is a place across the street, Papa John's that I haven't tried, but intend to try very soon. I have a pizza oven at home, as well as a baking stone that we both haven't tried lately. We will this weekend. Too bad you can't eat in the dining room at Pizza Hut! Why can't they keep help, or get enough help to do so??Parking: Was able to park right outside front door

I used to like this pizza hut. But now, as of March 2024, when you call them, they don't even answer the phone anymore. Your call automatically gets sent to a call center where all the employees have very thick, hard to understand accents, and very poor attitudes. And when you ask to just be connected directly to the store here in fort, the employees just let the phone ring and ring and ring. So now, it takes an additional 15 minutes to order over the phone and customer service is completely out the window. I can tell you right now, this pizza hut here in fort just lost a loyal customer. And that really sucks for them, because judging by the fact that there are NEVER any cars in the parking lot, I get the sneaking suspicion that they need all the customers they can get. Oh well. Guess it's Domino's now. If the people that own the pizza hut here in fort don't care anymore, then neither do I.Edit: UPDATE: Upon placing my order, I was told it would take 30 minutes for delivery. It's been 27 minutes. I JUST got a text telling me that door dash would now be delivering the pizza, and that it would take another 30 minutes. I am so never ordering from pizza hut ever again. I am seething with anger right now.

Placed an order at 630, said it was going to be delivered by 720, it's currently 745, called 3 times to get an update and they answer then hang up the phone. Will never be ordering from here again. This place has gone down the drain.

Wings showed up. Zero sauce on wings waited almost an hour for a one Oz cup. Absolute incompetence.
