Loved it all! The mango mule, bacon slab appetizer, halibut catch of the day, and caramel crunch cake dessert. You haven't fully lived until you've had the bacon slab. View all feedback.

Food/drinks- Prepared well. Pricing on the higher side. You pay for add-ons. No soup or Salad included with your meal. You pay extra for those. Atmosphere- only view of lake is from the bar area. Both dining areas are very small. Make sure to request not being seated at the table next to the kitchen, which we unfortunately had. Absolutely outstanding! It was quite busy tonight with it being Saturday and Valentine's Day, but we were well taken care of from the moment we walked in. The hostess was fantastic, our server was amazing, and the food was exceptional! We can't wait to come back soon! We got married on Valentine's Day, so this was our anniversary celebration. It was also a nice touch to have the owner stop by and check on us; he is a very kind gentleman!
This restaurant would have earned a perfect 5 stars if they hadn’t run out of lamb shank (they only serve two each night, so be sure to order one when making your reservation). Also, they weren’t offering crab legs due to pricing and availability issues. Those two dishes were the main reasons we chose this restaurant. Overall, the food was good, and the cocktails were excellent. Our table of four spent $275, so it is on the pricey side. Our server, Hannah, was very nice, and the updated interior is appealing.
**Food/Drinks:** The food is well-prepared, but the prices are on the higher side. Be aware that many add-ons come at an additional cost; neither soup nor salad is included with your meal, which is a bit disappointing. **Atmosphere:** The only view of the lake is from the bar area, and both dining spaces are quite small. We unfortunately found ourselves seated at a table next to the kitchen, so be sure to request a different spot if you can. The back dining area lacks windows, which is a downside. It seems we were paying more for the food than for the ambiance. The outdoor dining area for summer is located in the back parking lot, rather than by the water, which I find unappealing. **Service:** The service at the bar was satisfactory, while the dinner service was excellent. **Overall:** I believe the pricing is more aimed at a Chicago clientele that visits Wisconsin. I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my son's birthday celebration truly special. My son ordered the bacon burger, which was honestly the best burger I've ever tasted. We also tried the bacon slab, stuffed mushrooms, and wild mushroom soup, all of which were exceptional. If you're in search of a place to indulge in high-quality food in a great atmosphere, this is definitely the spot. Just keep in mind that it's the priciest restaurant in the area, but treating yourself to such amazing cuisine is worth every penny.
Our server, Genni, provided us with excellent service. Owner Jim welcomed everyone as if they were old friends. And, of course, the food was incredible.
