I had ordered wings from DoorDash, not sure how my ordered got messed up, but I got a call from DoorDash to refund me my money but I asked can’t I just get it reordered, couldn’t understand them, so hung up and called Mr. Brews to see if it got canceled because they were out of wings, because I was going to go and reorder but didn’t want it to canceled. They went above and beyond for me tonight! Reassured me they had wings and didn’t know what exactly happened either, but got my wings remade and even though they don’t do delivery, delivered them to my house!! And gave me a coupon for $5 off my next order. I have only used DoorDash here for orders but after they great service, I plan on coming in for dinner there soon! Such great customer service! The craft beer selection is extensive, and it might take you a while to sample everything they have to offer. They provide both indoor and outdoor seating options. While the indoor dining area can get a bit noisy due to the high ceilings amplifying the lively atmosphere, I only rated it a 4 out of 5 for this reason. If you prefer a quieter experience, the outdoor seating is a great option, especially on nice days. I want to give a special mention to the outstanding wait staff at Mr. Brews. They are polite, knowledgeable, accommodating, and truly strive to ensure you have an enjoyable dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend trying Mr. Brews Taphouse. I have no doubt you’ll want to return again and again!
