I stopped asking for nacho chips and cheese. I asked if I could taste a nacho chip for freshness. And of course it was freshly crispy and delicious! The reason I had to check is that my wife sent me back. And for another reason, my wife wanted to taste Taco Bell's nachos for the last time. My wife is terminal and could happen every day.
