Dunkin' - Fort Atkinson

I usually visit this restaurant on Fridays when I go to see my father in Jefferson. It's my favorite place to go! Even though they can be busy and under-staffed, the service is still quick and the employees are always ready to assist you and ensure your order is correct. They are consistently kind to both me and my son. I truly enjoy coming here.

The restaurant was impeccably clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It was quite busy, so we opted to go inside to place our order. I noticed the manager even training someone in the car, but she certainly knew how to run the shop efficiently. All the employees worked diligently and quickly, ensuring our order was ready on time. Everything we ordered was prepared perfectly, and it all tasted fantastic! There was still a wonderful selection of donuts when we arrived, and the bagels were toasted to perfection, topped with generous amounts of cream cheese. My latte was delightful as well. The atmosphere was fantastic! I will definitely make it a point to visit this place every week. The customer service was outstanding, and everything seemed to run smoothly. I was very impressed by the cleanliness and how efficiently everything operated.

Today at 2:00, a friend and I visited the restaurant and found only one staff member on duty. Despite the busyness, especially with a long drive-thru line and another customer ahead of us, she was truly impressive! She managed to take our order while also engaging in conversation with us, all while juggling her other responsibilities. We really appreciated her excellent service, and we made sure to give her a nice tip.
