Stopped in to take a break on the way to Florida, great service and great frosties. Parking: Plenty of parking spaces. Kid-friendliness: Kids were hungry when we entered, we were good to go when we ate and left.
The staff at Rub seems to act as though they are doing me a favor just by doing their job.
I’ve never experienced a drive-through where the person taking my order didn’t say a word. She just stood at the window with her hand out! I handed her my card to pay, and she swiped it without saying anything, then handed me my food and my card simultaneously, all without uttering a single word. I’m really disappointed, as I’ve always received good service at this location before.
Fast food as promised. Store was clean.
The food was fresh and good and the service was great. This is an older location and has not been cleaned very well. The floors are greasy, and the dining room was a little messy. Sadly, it only has a few sift drink options, no Freestyle machine here.
