I'v... read more This location is just like any other fast food restaurant, but what I really appreciate is the drive-thru. Many Sonics in the area offer it, but not all do. I've never had any major complaints about this place, and the staff has always been friendly. Sonic is what it is; while some menu items can be a bit pricey, it’s not McDonald's, and I believe most items are reasonably priced considering their quality.

When the crew leader brought out our second order, which was... read more It was frustrating to see at least four cars sailing through the drive-thru with no issues at all. When the crew leader brought out our second order, which was just a hamburger, he seemed indifferent and offered no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. I plan to speak with the store manager about this experience, as we've never encountered anything like it before. I understand they may be short-staffed, but when they are able to serve multiple drive-thru customers and ignore those of us sitting in stalls who have pressed the button, something is clearly wrong. At one point, a car next to us left out of frustration due to the lack of response, and when we left, we saw yet another car waiting for assistance. It's worth noting that the speakers were functioning properly. The crew leader's lack of customer service was disappointing, and I believe a reassessment of his role is warranted.
