Been here several times. Haven't had a bad meal yet. Always greeted either most times by owner himself. Burgers, chicken, hot dogs all great. Take away is good if your nearby otherwise can sweat a bit. View all feedback.

Our friends suggested this restaurant before our trip to Forster. We weren't sure if we would have time to visit, but I'm thrilled that we were able to squeeze in a visit to this burger joint! The experience was beyond amazing! The staff were extremely friendly and the burgers were delicious beyond words. My partner is already planning to drive three hours every week just to come back! Don't miss out on this place - you will not be disappointed! We are already looking forward to our next trip to Forster so we can visit again!

We visited Dasher's on a Thursday, still in peak holiday period. We didn't have any trouble getting a table and were greeted by friendly staff on arrival. The menu consists of American diner-esque items including a variety of burgers and hot dogs as well as usual faves like chicken schnitzel etc.The meals are priced really well. We both had a burger with the usual trimmings as well as pickles and bacon and ordered a side of loaded tater tots. For those 3 things it cost on average about $10-$11 per meal. Then we ordered a beer (schooner of Coors for $5.50 - CHEAP!) and a milkshake. The service was quick, attentive and very friendly. The decor inside again focuses mainly on Americana (state number plates etc on the wall) which really works well with what they're trying to achieve. All in all, Dashers is a great diner whether you're with friends or a family group (they're kid friendly here too). We will continue to return.

On our way from a drive from the Gold Coast to Sydney, we decided to take a small detour into the little town of Froster. Having never been here, I was totally blown away by the beauty of this town and the tranquilly of its beach and ocean side activities. Parking yes, was an absolute nightmare, as it was the night before New Year's Eve, and the weather was a balmy 38°,, but never the less, we found a spot that just happened to be outside this quirky little cafe that resembled something out of the 50's back in the hay day of Happy Days and Grease. Needless to say, you must try their smoothies,, amazing,, and their burgers are a signature for this establishment. The kids enjoyed their junior hotdogs, while the adults ecstatically munched through their varies burgers and side dishes. I have to say after all we saw during our driving along the eastern side of Australia,, this will have to be ranked up there amongst the best burger cafe joints around. Congrats, and keep up the great work!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Dasher Restaurant and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The food was absolutely scrumptious, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a casual meal with friends or a special occasion. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Dasher Restaurant to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience.
