These really are the best sausage rolls and Caramel slices we have ever had! All the food was home made and delicious, great coffee too. Such a lovely little produce store with with a gift shop within! The owner of this shop store was also a truly lovely lady and made our lunch stop just wonderful. Well priced with a nice selection of options, but get in quick because those sausage rolls are not going to last long. We will definitely be returning here on our next trip out this way! We went here especially because of the reviews we had read online and it definitely lives up to and more than its reputation!

All the food here appears to be local or home made. The quality is good and they cater for GF people etc in their slices. The prices are high. It reflect the quality. Pies were gorgeous.

Dropping in for coffee, we were amazed by the atmosphere of this iconic store. It was like being transported back in time a hundred years. Doubling as a post office, we were able to order a light meal. And the staff was so friendly. On the shelves were tins of food, gifts of various descriptions plus home made goodies.

Great little General Store, friendly staff and good coffee. very happy to chat and share local information.

We stopped here for coffee and home made pie. Both were OK - but less than great. My colleagues roll was reported to be good.
