As a holiday rental owner in Forrest, I cant believe how different the Forrest General Store is now from four years ago. Sally has built a great business, employs local staff, promotes local produce, has interesting things in the shop to ponder, and best of all, the Gen Store often has that thing that guest forget, when away on holiday. What I like is the store is constantly changing and improving. Well done, good show and thanks for making Forrest a cool place.
Really friendly staff, the best caramel slice I’ve had, great coffee, choc fennel biscuit for something different and awesome pies. We came here everyday for a week!!

A delicious new addition to the breakfast menu, we tried the bacon, egg and cheese toastie this morning. Really yum, complimented so nicely by Sally and Andie's friendly, welcoming service. We will back for sure!!
Absolutely amazing people. The food is scrumptious and wholesome and made with love. Sal is simply exceptional and has transformed this place into a special little gourmet deli/cafe. Great work guys, we'll be back
