Horrible experience, I asked for extra pickles mayo mustard and 2 tomatoes, I I I they said no we're gonna give you ketchup, mayo mustard 2 tomatoes and 18 pickles slices. Seems like a fun time going on instead of work. That's ridiculous and I called to the restaurant and the manager says, I thought you wanted extra pickles.....smh therea no excuse for that shift and it's shift manager to allow that to go to a customer
What was once a wonderful business has devolved into one of the worst fast food options in Kaufman County. Not only has the quality of the food taken a turn for the worst but the wait for that awful food has turned into insanity. You WILL wait 45 minutes in line for a burger and fries. Don't let the short line fool you. The drive thru line is designed where once you enter, there's no turning back.
I love this Whataburger and the staff is the best! Their food is always fresh and delicious! The staff really goes out of their way to plz! Oh and did I mention I love this here Whataburger!??
