We initiall... read more Ordered a couple of pizzas online and was given a 40-50 minute delivery time, unfortunately it took an additional 45 minutes for my pizza to arrive. We initially thought our order was cancelled by mistake so I called the store just to listen to a recordingbecause no one ever picked up. Ugh, needless to say service/quality has declined tremendously

The pizza cookie was only thing that everyone enjoyed. Will not be ordering again.

Howev... read more My son was excited to try Mr. Jim's Pizza after hearing about it from a friend. We decided to order, and were told the food would arrive in 30-45 minutes. However, two hours passed, and our order still hadn’t arrived. We called several times, only to be repeatedly told the pizza was on its way. I'm about to cancel the order, and we definitely won’t be coming back. This has been the worst service I’ve ever encountered. I do not recommend this place!
