I didn't catch the name of the young man who was working the front counter at 9:20 on April 15, 2022, but I want to recognize his exceptional service! As someone who is handicapped and uses a power wheelchair, I appreciated his kindness and attentiveness. When I approached the counter, he took my order and made sure my drink was within my reach. When my food was ready, he placed it into a bag with a handle, making it so much easier for me to carry. It's rare to see such thoughtfulness towards people with disabilities these days, so I felt it was important to share this experience. Thank you for being such a wonderful person! Please let your mom know she raised a great kid!
When I first tried the newly upgraded fries, I was really disappointed. I don't understand why they changed from the large, natural fries they used to have. I won't be going back there again. On the bright side, the customer service was excellent. However, as a fan of French fries, I have to say their fries are now at the bottom of my list—Burger King and even Sonic have better fries now.
During my trip to Dallas, I stopped by one of the best Wendy's I’ve ever been to. My order was accurate, the fries were served hot—which is always a plus—and the staff were friendly and quick. Overall, it was a great experience. If you need to grab a bite while driving, I highly recommend stopping here.
