I’ve tried many Chicken Tom Yums, and this one felt like it was missing some citrus and was a bit oily. However, it did have a good amount of meat and veggies.

I believe my other family members also enjoyed their meals, so we’ll definitely order from here again when the chance arises. The reason for the four-star rating is that one of the orders was incorrect. Although it was delicious, it wasn’t what we had originally ordered.

Unless you actively... read more It's disheartening to note that it feels nearly impossible to receive even basic decency, let alone good customer service, if you are Black. Unless you actively seek assistance, you might as well be invisible, as staff members often bypass Black customers, including groups of us. Right now, I'm sitting inside the restaurant, waiting for a to-go order that I had to fight to place. I had to remind the staff member who finally approached me that I should be served first, rather than the white and Mexican gentlemen in line behind me. I stood at the podium for about five minutes and even rang the service bell after a minute. When I finally got the attention of the staff, the girl looked at me with disbelief and asked, “How can I help you?” From now on, I'll be making the trip to Terrell for my Thai food. I almost forgot to mention that I found a beetle in my daughter's ice cream! In summary, while the food features decent Thai and Taiwanese snacks, the service and atmosphere are incredibly disappointing. What a letdown. UPDATE (20 minutes after writing this): Despite all the poor treatment, I received my order incomplete and packaged in a Staples bag. I tried calling the restaurant, but I was put on hold and ultimately hung up on.
