We’ve started driving to Terrell in stead of going to this location. They constantly turn off order ahead, close the inside and make everyone go through the already slower than molasses in winter time drive thru, or tell you they’re out of something you can clearly see. I was told that he was closed for 5 minutes because he needed to restock. I questioned that and he told me to leave him the f alone.
The drinks are good. Never had a problem with my order being wrong. Very quick when you're in a rush but they don't take Apple Pay!! Employees could definitely learn a thing or two on customer service.
Biggest isn't the best. Go to a smaller independent shop for your coffee. Starbucks is overpriced and underwhelming
Nothing in stock. Red hair employee forgot the sandwich that I ordered. And when it came later, it didn’t have the bacon that I paid for. She said that was the last sandwich that she had. Bad experience with this Starbucks.
I don’t think red hair and tattoos has anything to do with anything but all around rude customer service these people have and yes they don’t ever have anything in stock you can’t even understand what they are saying
