Under New Management!!!Great customer service! One of new managers went out of her way to make us feel welcomed. I’ve always been a fan of Mod Pizza but this one maybe my favorite!

Your Forney,TX location and store manager really need to be looked into and provided customer service training and who they report to because apparently the store manager is the highest level at Mod Pizza they told me and I find that completely ridiculous and a cop out. I ordered online for curbside pickup because I had been at the hospital all day and don 't want to expose myself to anyone and it took them over 30 'minutes after my pizza had been finished and trying to convince me I wasn 't in the parking lot. The curbside signs had cars parked in them and those people had gone in other stores, so I parked in-front of the door and it was still an issue. This is the worst experience I have ever had with Mod and will never go back to this location.
Great pizza and great attitude from the staff. The manager there with the red hair was loud and on the phone but the people behind the counter were awesome. Will continue to go back.
I love this place! You tell them which pizza you want and they make it right, absolutely no flops! The toppings are fresh. I had the pizza with hot honey and it was absolutely delicious. The no name cakes are also a must!
