With so many restaurants in Mallorca it’s easy to forget which are the best . molon ,run by the affable Neil is our favourite and we’ve been coming here regularly since it’s opened 3 years ago . A really interesting menu very different from the same old Spanish favourites ,it serves an eclectic range of dishes to share , with very healthy ingredients delivering mouth watering ,inventive dishes !
