Two ladies working here just taking by phoneI was waiting for 5 min they were just walking and talking on their headphones with each other. Please check your cameras.Finally the guy came from inside and took my order.After handling me my order one of that ladies just gave me an ugly smile (like don’t come here again)Will never shop here never ?
The younger staff is extremely incompetent to get any orders correct. Also went there just before closing (7:30p) and we kept asking for the egg bites and they responded first, “don’t know what that is “ then said “we don’t sell that”. When we said it’s on your menu, response was we no longer have that. We left and went to waretown.
They have made given me burnt ice coffee half the time and the other times it's wrong. and they have burnt my cheddar bagel twist 2 times now when i specifically ask for it to be lightly toasted. this spot is convenient in the morning as it's on the way to the parkway but i rather spend 10 extra minutes to go to the one on rt 9.
Both Dunkin stores in Lacey have donuts delivered to their stores and if they run out on varieties tuff luck AND their fillings have gotten less and less in the past 2 years. SORRY... NOT LIKE THE OLD DUNKIN DONUTS!
This morning coffee was perfect and the young woman at the window was such a sweet girl! She was very attentive, fast, and super friendly. Didn?t catch a name but 9/10 around 8:50 am
