The first birthday party of my daughter was the second time that we went out from the catering offer of blue collar. both of us went with the hot buffet package... read more The first birthday party of my daughter was the second time that we went out from the catering offer of blue collar. both of us went with the hot buffet package and eating was incredible! the equipment and delivery every time was punctual and perfect. this time we decided to have a server to help and we made the right decision! barbara was amazing and helped to make the party so smooth! there was a small problem in which French pommes did not appear with the chicken fingers, but my nephew could not eat anything other than French pommes because of food allergies, so it was a little bit of a bummer. the dinge pass, no big thing. barbara and the blue Collar crew came more than for us. barbara offered to get French pommes for us and she did it! then, while she was out, the chef met her and gave her a whole tablet of fresh pommes for us! I mean, talk about the customer service. it was incredible and very appreciated! I could not have enjoyed myself as much as I did without barbara. thanks barbara! do not hesitate to book blue collar catering for their next event. they are an incredible team and business. we will never go with anyone else! thanks blue collar!
