She knew exactly what she was doing on the register, got my order right the first time, and was very friendly. The wings were a 7/10.

I was so shocked to bite into my chicken only to have blood shoot out. I called the store to report it to management and they told me it was like this due to th... read more I was so shocked to bite into my chicken only to have blood shoot out. I called the store to report it to management and they told me it was like this due to the chicken not being cooked fully causing the veins to bleed out. I was beyond horrified. Because she basically stated that the chicken was not fully done but they still served it. I got a call almost an hour later by the district manger whom argued with me stating the food was cooked fully and that’s how chicken would look if you cooked it at home. I was totally lost for words at this point. Being someone whom has worked in the culinary industry for over 12 years and had some of the top training both in the US and overseas I was very insulted. I wouldn’t serve this to a dying animal. I was basically told that nothing would be done about this matter. I’m at a total lost words words and still feel sick to my stomach. If I were you I would not spend a dime in this establishment where your health is no importance to the brand.

Also, they left out an item that was ordered. I know fast food can be hit or miss, but this wasn't worth the money at all.
