McDonald's excellent place. It has been there for so many people in so many ways. I thank God for the place. Not only comfortable but clean. And the people who work for them are excellent to, nice and welling to help View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
I just ordered a Big Breakfast with Hotcakes and Bacon in exchange for sausage, extra egg. I arrived home with sausage no bacon so frustrated. I keep calling and the line remains Busy. Even my receipt says Bacon!!! along with the slip on my meal “Bacon”. View all feedback.
The others I do not like to hold not that they give me but the coffee is good
I prioritize customer service, as we all should, and unfortunately, I will not be returning to this restaurant. Attempts to contact management were unsuccessful. The employees, specifically the Spanish-speaking staff, were disrespectful and unresponsive. One of the managers even shut the window on me while I was speaking to her. It is clear that they lack proper customer service training. It is not acceptable to be treated in such a manner. If we continue to support businesses like this, this behavior will persist. In terms of the overall experience, the service was rated a 1 out of 5, the food was a 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere was a 3 out of 5. The average price per person for lunch was $10–$20.
