The double chocolate donut here is consistently the best—every single time. I’ve been ordering double chocolate donuts for many years, and this place never disappoints. Update: its a hit or miss with the coffee at this location. Sometimes it's great and other times it's watered down. Coffee is not great. Bitter and burned. Service is not that bad. I used to visit this place frequently, but lately, there's been a change in staff and management, and the new team members all seem to have an unpleasant attitude, as if they just don't want to be there. The person taking orders is new and honestly looked like he was ready to confront someone because he was having trouble hearing. I even had to return my coffee because it tasted awful. It's just absurd. If I could give zero stars, I definitely would.

Ordered 2 large hot chocolates and they only filled the cups about 3/4 of the way. If I wanted a medium I would’ve paid for that. Nice way to cut cost by ripping off customers

Just stood at the counter for 15 minutes. The two workers didnt even acknowledge us as they walked by several times. They wouldnt even make eye contact with us. Extremely disappointed in that service Service: Takeaway Service: 1
