When we got there the server said there was table service, after been seated for ten minutes I went to the counter to ask if they would serve us, the staff we a... read more When we got there the server said there was table service, after been seated for ten minutes I went to the counter to ask if they would serve us, the staff we all giggling behind the counter eventually a server came over food ordered. The cafe was freezing and all radiators were off, asked to have electric heater turned on. Food served, poor quality tbh, stale dough balls limp salad. When we were ready to pay the supervisor totally ignored us at the counter no apology given for poor service or good . Tbh this is the 2nd time food was poor
