Taco Bell - Forest Park

The drive-thru experience is frustrating as they seem to manipulate the system. When you try to place your order, they deliberately ignore you for a long time. After you finally get to the window, instead of handing over your food, they give you your drinks and ask you to back up behind the window, which makes it look like you're not waiting as long for your food.

I want to pay tribute to this place, not for its service or efficiency, but for its remarkable talent in getting my order completely wrong. Instead of the two burritos, a Baja Blast, and a cinnamon twist that I requested, I received three tacos and a Diet Baja Blast. I'm honestly amazed that they managed to mess up every detail, and for that, I commend the staff. God bless them!

I went to try the 7-layer burrito supreme, but they got rid of everything that made it worth visiting. However, they did bring back the Mexican pizza. I ended up ordering the double gordita deal for $13, which was a disappointment. The service was great, though, and everything else came out well. Now, just give me that sugar mist so I can be happy for now, even if I end up feeling sick later. Lol.

I 'm more than impressed with my experience. If I could give this location 10 stars I would. The lady(latoya) that took my orders and served me was very professional. I received my order in a timely manner and it was exactly what I asked for. I willdefinitely be back at this location next week. I love taco bell and with great service without slow service only makes it muchbetter. Me and my kids eat tacos once a week and this location has truly made my life easier. I truly appreciate the kindmanner of the lady at the drive thru window . I forgot to ask for extra jalapeno she was sweet and just added it to my order "without an attitude "she truly made me feel appreciated for my service . And I will say miss Latoya made my experience better

This taco bell was on top of it when I went. Faster service and better food than the one in Morrow. At least at 1pm on a Tuesday Update: I went yesterday for an early dinner (5pm). Got one of those $2 double beef burritos, along with a slew ofother things. Everything was perfect, and they should've called it a Quadruple Beef Burrito, it must've weighed nearly a pound.I was full off a $2 burrito. Whoever Chef was yesterday, thank you for that blessing of a burrito. ????????
