Needs more staffing, 2 people working kitchen and one cashier, makes it where there is no one cleaning or filling up the machines.Like the cheese sauce machine had no cheese, men’s restroom had no paper towels.This isn’t staff’s problem but lack of management View all feedback.
Decent fuel price earned a star, but the bathrooms are out if order, tea machines out of order, taquitos crunchy and stale. Worst QT ever
On average about $1.50 over priced to $2.00 , but other than that very clean and fast and friendly service, but I can go a mile down the street and save 10$ for the same thing, if not even more for the same
They need to do better with the up keep of the property and costumer service
I’m officially giving this place one star. I've visited this location three times, and last night was my final visit. It's consistently under-staffed, and the crushed ice machine has been broken for months. The experience feels very subpar. It’s surprising, especially since there's a Racetrack just a three-minute drive away.
I encountered a frustrating experience at this location due to a manager who was unable to assist me with my request regarding lottery ticket purchases. The supposed manager on duty, Michael O., was not able to help, which left me bewildered as a customer. If a manager cannot handle all responsibilities, perhaps the store shouldn't be offering lottery tickets at all. As a loyal customer for over 25 years, I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I experienced today. QT needs to improve its daily procedures to ensure that customers receive the quality service they claim to provide.
