I visited this restaurant for the first time and was impressed! It's located in Forest Park, GA, and I found it to be exceptionally clean. The restaurant is attached to a Shell gas station, which is convenient. The manager was very friendly and supportive, encouraging his team by acknowledging their hard work. What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
I had to reorder my meal, and my total wait time at McDonald's was 40 minutes. When they finally got my order right the second time, it was decent. However, the first time, they forgot half of my meal, and the mayo looked like it had been mishandled, despite my request for no mayo. I won't be returning to this location, and I recommend that you avoid it as well. View all feedback.
I visited the drive-thru on November 19, 2022, around 8:10 PM and left by 8:22 PM without placing an order. After waiting for 10 minutes without anyone responding at the microphone, I tried speaking out and even honked my horn, but no one came to assist me. I eventually drove up to the pickup window to inquire if there was anyone taking orders. The manager, whom I assume was in charge, was quite rude and disrespectful. She claimed that someone had come to the microphone and said I drove off, but I explained that I had only pulled up after waiting for 10 minutes. We ended up arguing, and she kept cutting me off while I was speaking. Frustrated, I decided to leave without ordering any food. This location is consistently slow, and having rude employees on top of that is absolutely unacceptable. Her attitude was appalling and reflects poorly on the company as a whole.

I dislike using any drive-in, and this one was no better. I was asked to pull up and they would bring it out. At times this is a sigh, that at least one part of the order will be fresh. Not today, fries were cold, the meat and bun were cold. Eating outnowadays sucks.
I pulled up, and the woman informed me that she was holding all orders because there were too many cars parked. However, there were no cars at all, just two vehicles in the drive-thru. There really should be undercover fast food employees checking on these places where we spend our money.
Need to be more trained and customer service more tenant to customers pay attention to what you doing stop Miss items in your bag focus more tension and stop playing around and drive through windows
