Probably because they were too busy gossiping, to pay attention to their customers.

I live near the KFC locations in Stockbridge and Morrow, but after a bad experience there, I decided to try the one in Forest Park. Let me tell you, it was the best KFC I've had! The manager, Crystal, was incredibly nice and patient, and she provided excellent customer service. The food was cooked just the way I like it, and it wasn’t greasy at all. My family and I decided to dine there yesterday, and once again, it definitely deserves a high recommendation!
