I hadn’t had KFC in years, but recently I had a craving for it. I live near the KFC locations in Stockbridge and Morrow, but after a bad experience there, I decided to try the one in Forest Park. Let me tell you, it was the best KFC I've had! The manager, Crystal, was incredibly nice and patient, and she provided excellent customer service. KFC, I appreciate how quick and friendly your service was; the customer service here is great. However, the food was overcooked and stale. The chicken bites, in particular, were hard as a rock. I’m giving it 3 stars mainly because of the service, which I did enjoy. View all feedback.
My first issue was no drinks except sweet tea. I said No thanks. My order was $7.49 tax. Mind you no drink. Went to pay and was told $10.13.
Hit or Miss... Food always good and fresh around lunch time... But may not have prices you ask for with no substitution... Remember it's not our fault because the truck hasn't come in yet...
I went through the drive-thru on my way to work. I ordered a 4pc meal. I got a 3pc and no utensils. They didn't even bother to give me my receipt. Probably because they were too busy gossiping, to pay attention to their customers.

The service is excellent, although it isn't always perfect in getting your order exactly right. The staff stays quite busy.
