Just this past weekend, my family and I had brunch there, and it was wonderful. The service was excellent, and the food was amazing. I highly recommend the stuffed French toast—it's particularly delicious and great for sharing, even though I usually prefer a hearty breakfast.

I had never heard of Amelia before, but the photos on their website were enticing, and it was conveniently located just a few blocks away! Our server, Brianna, did an excellent job of explaining some of the restaurant's specialties, including the new beers on tap. The selection of local craft beers was impressive, featuring some of my personal favorites. I was particularly intrigued by their use of Organic Amish Chicken, which is made from scratch—freshness at its best. Following Brianna's recommendation, I ordered the Reuben sandwich, and it turned out to be exceptional—easily one of the best I've ever had. With the outstanding service and the quality of everything they offered, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to escape the usual chain restaurant experience.

On my first visit, I ordered t... read more I never had the chance to visit Amelia before it closed and transformed into Backyard Kitchen and Tap. I've been there twice now. On my first visit, I ordered the Jerk Chicken, and on my second, I had the fish and chips. Both meals were outstanding—full of flavor, beautifully presented, and very satisfying. I also really enjoyed the complimentary homemade potato chips they serve as an appetizer; they pair perfectly with any beer from their excellent selection. I'll definitely be back!
