Beautiful room, excellent dining, great host, really nice and friendly . a stones from the forest of dean, really helpful info from about walks and places to visit. would definitely return, hopefully in the not distant future.

Good for food and lovely staff.Not so great for staying there. Big rooms but let down by the stuff left behind by previous guests including an empty pizza box. In addition a vibrating floor due to being directly above the laundry room, dirty bath and the TV having only 2 prongs and an aerial lead that trailed from one room to the next and not even plugged in. To be fair, the lady working promptly got us a new TV and was apologetic.
