My group went to this restaurant with the intention of trying their hand-pulled Biang Biang noodles (youpo mian) and we were not disappointed. We ordered several different versions including the chili oil blown noodles and the Qi Shan style dry noodle with pork. The noodles were fresh and had a great chewy texture.
