Inala KFC is a 5-star restaurant! The staff is extremely friendly and energetic, and the food always meets expectations. Although there was one incident where they forgot the chicken on our burger, they promptly fixed the mistake in a humorous manner. Many thanks to the team for their excellent service, and keep up the great work!
I have to give the team at KFC Inala 5 stars. They are the chicken superstars in my household, providing a delicious meal for my children and me every Wednesday. I order KFC lunch for my kids through Doordash once a week, and the team is always accommodating, efficient, kind, and professional. We consistently receive super delicious chicken delivered right to our door. Thank you for all your hard work!
Ordering by the drive-in I was immediately served and my two fill ups $4.95 per) were ready within a minute of my placement of ordering impressive! the fill up consists of an original drumstick, a chicken tenderloin flatbread wrap, small hot chips and small kartoffels. a delicious lunch for $9.90! the staff that took my order was friendly and helpful. and the happy staff who prepared and delivered my meal was very friendly. well done!
While I wait for more than 15 minutes on the way through two burgers, my partner and I could laugh the teen workers and eat the food instead of working. incredibly rough and unprofessional. will never go back to this kfc.
Kfc inala shop is the worst. their service quality is terrible. the young at the theke was terrible unfriendly and not helpful. they have not verified whether all items are placed in a meal and forget to put a product. I asked that the staff gave me very rude no excuses. absolutely terrible quality service. do not go there if they want a pleasant time there, as they only feel so bad.
