Haven't been to K F C for many years ,I know times are changing,but have they forgotten what it is to cook the food? Colonel Sanders must be spinning in his grave if he could see what they are serving and calling food.Chips were soggy and limp ,Strips were hardly browned,and the nuggets were rubbery.At this rate I know they won't be making profits from my wallet.
Poor attempt of fast food, chicken shop with no chicken! Not first time this has happened. Probably won't be the last.
This KFC is bad, you order something that you want and then when you get your order you get a completely different order. So check your order before you leave.
Inala KFC is a 5-star restaurant! The staff is extremely friendly and energetic, and the food always meets expectations. Although there was one incident where they forgot the chicken on our burger, they promptly fixed the mistake in a humorous manner. Many thanks to the team for their excellent service, and keep up the great work!
I have to give the team at KFC Inala 5 stars. They are the chicken superstars in my household, providing a delicious meal for my children and me every Wednesday. I order KFC lunch for my kids through Doordash once a week, and the team is always accommodating, efficient, kind, and professional. We consistently receive super delicious chicken delivered right to our door. Thank you for all your hard work!
