Came here with Cindy, Atreyu, and Rock Hard for lunch. Located inside one of Robertson's townhouse complexes, it is a little hard to find being hidden at the back of the reception area. Being new to Persian Cuisine, I don't have anything else to compare it to besides my general understanding of similar foods (I have eaten cuisines all around the world just not Persian). Honestly there were nothing really exciting about their flavors, the chicken was a little under seasoned, the beef was slightly overcooked, the salad was a bit too simple, and deserts lacked flavor & texture. The best protein from our platter was the lamb, it was juicy, flavorsome and cooked to perfection. Plating presentation was nice and service was good. It was interesting seeing traditional Persian coffee for the first time, didn't try, looked like sludge/mashed chocolate lava cake... but interesting. This place I believe used to be an aged care community area, the outside balcony area was relaxing, however it does seem a little like sitting in a nursing home as we were seated on old dusty tables & chairs... high chairs were extremely dirty hence I kept our son sitting on my wife's lap. Worst of all, we dined there with a lot of flies around that area while looking at a family swimming in the greenish (algae growing) community pool below. The prices are a little steep for what they served, expect to be approximately $25-$30pp+ for that range there are many more places around the area. In the end, will I return? Most likely not, even without the flies, dusty furniture, green pool etc... based on price vs quality, there are better places around, but for those who haven't tried Persian foods before, it's definitely worth a try, maybe it'll suit your taste. Overall I rate this place 5/10
