What Bryan B doesn't like about Wild Wood:
When the staff outnumber the guests in the restaurant, you would expect excellent service. Instead, the staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves at the back of the restaurant, far away from the customers. This included the female manager on duty, who left with two staff members. We visited here without making a booking and was immediately greeted by friendly staff who were pleased to find us a table. When ordering the food, the lady who served us made great recommendations, and when our food came, another member of the team asked if our meal was okay and could they improve anything (we had the new Christmas menu).
