Perfect spot for a filling breakfast. The biscuits are massive, the Juices are delicious, and the hash is very satisfying. Service is ok, it's odd the way it's set up to wait for a table, and you pretty much have to have order ready or step aside and read menu if not ready. Still a great spot. View all feedback.
What JB Cohen doesn't like about Biscuitology:
Used to be my go to place in Forrest Grove for breakfast. Have not been here in months and the food and service have noticeably changed. The farmers hash had almost no vegetables. My biscuit was dry compared to last time. Hopefully a blib but we will View all feedback.
Drove 45 minutes just to get there and they decided to close 2 hours earlier than their originally listed hours.
We've been getting food here off and on since they opened. Mostly great experience. They're consistently out of chicken. The most recent bad gravy tasted so off from their norm, I don't think we'll be back for a long time. They were out of chicken this last time too, so I subbed sausage, which felt like eating a McRib from McDonald's.

Based on reviews, I had high expectations but our experience was a miss. We came for brunch during Forest Grove's Chalk Art Festival on a Saturday and it looked like they were short staffed as there was only one person handling the cashier and serving tables at the same time. She was pleasant but service was really slow. It took 45 minutes for our food to come out. Also they ran out of their popular herb and cheddar biscuits so the only accommodation was their gluten free biscuits. Was a little bummed about that as that is what they are known for, so it was surprising they ran out so fast. We ordered Kitchen Sink, Nitty Gritty, and Chicken Waffles. Unfortunately, the biscuits were very dry and fell apart easily, and the Chicken Waffles came out with burnt, overcooked chicken which was not very appealing and really hard to digest. As much as I was hoping to like this place, it was not worth the money spent. Will have to come back again to update this review if we have a chance.
First visit we had eggs sausage and a herb cheddar biscuit, The eggs and sausage were prepared to perfection. The biscuit was the best I have ever eaten in a restaurant. It would be hard to not order again. The service was prompt and staff very friendly. will bf back defiantly again.
