Scott's Take Out - Forest City

My husband and I dined at this restaurant because I am vegetarian and he wanted to try their chicken salad and other meat dishes. Lately, we have been doing more takeout, so when we got home, I was disappointed. I had previously found the quantity and taste of the vegetables to be not worth the cost. Today, I asked my husband to bring me a slaw dog (slaw, mustard, onions on a hot dog bun) and fries. How hard is it to mess that up, right? Unfortunately, they served it on a stale bun and the fries were undercooked. As a result, I will not be ordering anything from there again.

VERY DIRTY!!! Meat slicer is never cleaned, kitchen should fail inspection. Employees do not pay taxes on their income, and are mostly Felons.
