Fugi Yama delivers good service as always. The basic chicken and steak teriyakis are consistently tasty, and the nigiri and sushi are also reasonably good. It's my favorite Japanese restaurant in the area by far. View all feedback.
What MenuPix User doesn't like about Fuji Yama:
I frequently dine at this restaurant, but the service tonight was terrible. No one came to our table for a good ten minutes, even though there was only one other table occupied at the time. However, the food was still good. View all feedback.

I have been eating here for years and never once have I had a waitress like, Destiny. She didn’t get my order or my cousins order correct. We both had to wait about 15-20 minutes to each get a drink refill. I have never experienced this type of experience here before. All of the waitresses have always greeted me with a smile and were also so attentive. I highly recommend the place to eat but the wait staff needs some work.
Fresh and tasty food. Tuna and yakiniku were very good. A bit too salty. Sashimi and Nigeri were excellents (salmon, shrimp, octopus and fish). Great beers. Overall cost was a good surprise. Only cons : staff is not correctly wearing their face mask.
Stopped in for the first time today. I ordered two Hibachi chickens, a Teriyaki chicken, a side of noodles and a Hibachi shrimp. The shrimp had great flavor but way overcooked. My wife and son loved the Hibachi chicken. My daughter said the Teriyaki was ok. She asked for a side of ginger sauce and it ended up being a puree type sauce. She didn't like it. I did. The egg rolls are awesome. A real nice lady took our order. Made sure we had everything in our bags before I walked out. Will try again if we're back in the area and wanting Japanese food.
No dine in. To go only , and it’s horrible when you get it home. Taste like someone sprayed it down with a water bottle. Too cheap to use wax paper for styrofoam box to go orders isn’t very good for business. I don’t know of anyone who likes wet food.
