I had a wonderful breakfast experience at 9 AM with great service—very attentive and quite friendly! However, in the later afternoon, the service was slow and not very coordinated. Things were often forgotten, and items weren't cleaned or refilled. I had to remind the staff or keep asking for things. View all feedback.

Good service just don't plan on answering phone for call to 50/50 chance

The service was excellent, the waitress was wonderful, and the chef prepared my meal perfectly.
We stopped for an early breakfast to continue our car cruise, and Waffle House never disappoints. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, and our food arrived quickly and hot. A nice bonus was that the grits were already perfectly seasoned, so I didn’t even need to add anything before heading home.
The staff was standing around chatting with each other, the tables were dirty, and there were flies everywhere. It felt like no one cared whether we were there to eat or not. I used to dine there quite frequently, but I won’t be returning anymore due to the cleanliness issues.
