However, experiences are inconsistent: drive-thru order errors, missing items, frozen or unavailable tenders, wrong beverages, disconnected phone calls and a recently mopped, slippery floor undermine reliability. Overall, a tasty, casual lunch destination with strong highs but operational issues that need fixing before it can be recommended without caveats.

No lemonade, told there was a hold on chicken tenders because they were froze and it was in the middle of lunch time. Half hearted employees. None wonder no one was in the drive through line.
Newly renovated. Food was good. The only problem was the employee mopped the floor all around us and floor was extremely slippery. We had to walk very carefully.
I called to ask a question and was unceremoniously disconnected twice. If your approach is to drive away customers like this, perhaps you shouldn't be in business at all. Recent reviews suggest that this establishment is in desperate need of a thorough reassessment.
I went through the drive-thru and was the only car in line. I ordered the Chicken Littles sandwich combo but received popcorn chicken instead. I was asked to pull forward and wait an additional five minutes. I was supposed to get a Pepsi but ended up with either a flat Pepsi or a diet Pepsi. In addition to the mix-up with my order, I had to return because some of my food was missing, and they didn’t seem to be concerned at all.
I'm 54 years old and have always had a passion for fried chicken. Today, I asked about the chicken sandwich, and the staff member assured me it was delicious—and she was spot on! It was incredible, and the French fries were the best I've ever tasted. The service was outstanding too. I'll definitely be coming back as a loyal customer for life. Thank you!
