Kfc - Forest

I went through the drive-thru and was the only car there. I ordered the Chicken Littles sandwich combo but received popcorn chicken instead. I was asked to pull forward and wait an extra five minutes. I was supposed to get a Pepsi but was given either a flat Pepsi or a diet Pepsi. On top of messing up my order, I had to go back because some of my food was missing, and they didn't seem to care at all.

I'm 54 years old and have always loved fried chicken. Today, I inquired about the chicken sandwich, and the staff member told me it was really good—she couldn't have been more right! It was fantastic, and the French fries were the best I've ever had. The service was excellent as well. I'm definitely going to be a loyal customer for life. Thank you!

I called to ask a question and was abruptly hung up on twice. If you're only going to drive away customers like this, maybe you shouldn't even be in business. Based on recent reviews, it's clear that this place is long overdue for a serious reevaluation.

No lemonade, told there was a hold on chicken tenders because they were froze and it was in the middle of lunch time. Half hearted employees. None wonder no one was in the drive through line.

Newly renovated. Food was good. The only problem was the employee mopped the floor all around us and floor was extremely slippery. We had to walk very carefully.
