Taco Bell - Forest

There last night 16 2021 got the ride thru, everything was good until I spilled my drink lol!

After I was here for the better part of a year, I only had a few complaints. Once they gave me hard, overcooked Cheesy-Fiesta potatoes, but I went back through the Drive-Thru and they made them fresh without any problems. The other is that there were some times when they gave me the thinnest Quesadillas. Sometimes there's hardly anything in them. I decided to give 4 stars, because nevertheless everyone is very friendly and helpful. If they ever forget or screw up your order, they will fix it without a foot.

Now, about the restaurant experience: the staff was fantastic! We dined in and used the kiosk for our orders. Our drinks were waiting for us on the counter when we arrived, and soon after, our food was ready. Everything was delicious. Overall, it was a great experience!

The prices are too high for what you receive; they also charge extra fees for things that should be included.

We all understand that post-pandemic staffing issues have hit restaurants hard, leading many to close their lobbies unexpectedly due to lack of personnel. It's frustrating that they can’t keep their operation consistent, making it feel like I can’t just use the drive-thru as intended.
