Other times I get some that you... read more This location is a hit or miss with the customer service. Sometimes I get some of the most attentive and friendliest cashier's. Other times I get some that you can tell hate their job and are just incompetent. I can say whoever the cooks are always consistently do a great job the food is always on point. Maybe try having some of the hard working friendly ones train the other staff or promote them. Then y... read more Twice now I’ve bought whole chickens and they’ve been undercooked. The worst part is, you don’t realize it until you’ve already reached your destination. Then you have to drive all the way back just to get it replaced, meanwhile, the rest of your food goes cold. The first time, they replaced the chicken without any issue. But this past Sunday, I drove back again, opened the chicken in front of the manager, and showed her the bloody, raw meat and rubbery skin. She gave me attitude and tried to replace it with a 1/4-piece. I was like, absolutely not. This was a whole chicken, mind you. After going back and forth, she finally gave me an additional 1/4 piece. So now I’m left with only half a chicken. On top of that, they forgot my additional sides. When I mentioned it, she looked at me like I was making it up. The sauces? Always leaking, barely filled. They seriously need to bring back the sauce bar, but honestly, I won’t be returning. I’ll go to La Granja or La Brasa instead. Good riddance. The location at ForestHill and Jog in WPB... read more The quality has really, really gone down. The chicken was dry, over cooked and the beans were watery an was 1/4 full. The location at ForestHill and Jog in WPB is extremely dirty. The bathroom was gross, toilet paper everywhere on the floor and nosoap in the dispenser. (Wondering how the employees wash their hands). ???????? Stay away from Pollo Tropical, there are somany better options!!

He even showed her screenshots o... read more My husband explained that he doesn't have any accounts with those services and that he ordered directly from the Pollo website. He even showed her screenshots of the order and the confirmation email, asserting that it wasn't his fault they don't check receipts or verify who is picking up the order. Eventually, the manager agreed to give him the food, but she said she would report him. This experience was UNFAIR and had EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!
