Bojangles ' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

I wouldn't recommend going to Bojangles, as their service is extremely slow. If you're ordering a large quantity of food, it’s better to go inside instead of blocking the drive-thru. Also, a large drink, four-piece tenders, and a biscuit now costs around $11, which is quite ridiculous.

The service has improved significantly in the past few weeks. However, I am quite disappointed that they no longer have Bo Sauce on the menu!

The food was fine, but one of the employees clearly didn't want to be there. He used some inappropriate language a couple of times, and his overall demeanor showed that he was unhappy, which is understandable, but it shouldn't be noticeable to customers.

Yes we're repeat customers. Consistently good food. Nice restaurant, service staff. Definitely 5 stars overall. We tried all sides and they're really good, seasoned just right.

Rude staff, nasty food. Manager gives nothing but excuses to protect his useless crew. Girl running drive thru didn 't pay attention and screwed up the order. Had to go back inside to get it corrected. When she saw it was me, got rude with me abouther mistake and literally threw my food at me while rolling her eyes like it was an inconvenience to do her job correctly. Don 'tbother with this restaurant until the franchise owner decides to get a new manager. This one is just as bad, if not worse,, asTimberlake. Will not return or recommend to others
