As an delivery driver coming here is a headache because u wait 20-30 mins for an order and sometimes u deal with rude workers .you would think two have two flat tops for as many orders as you get. As a customer the quality of the bagels are down . Their wait time for a customer is ridiculous because I rather make something at home than wait 20-25 mins for an order .
