Called in after going to Braemore House. Very friendly atmosphere, staff were very helpful. The food was piping hot and really nicely presented. Would definitely travel from Southbourne on a Sunday to have more food there. One of the best pub dinners I have had for a long time. Highly recommended.

The other day sat in the beautiful garden. my sister I chose from the main menu, 2 courses for £9.95 both had whitebait, which came with beautiful salat garnish some beautiful fresh brotbutter. beautifully boiled presented. sue chose the shepherds pie i the ham, egg chips drown. nice large, shocked chips, not these terrible thin pommes! very nice meal we enjoyed very much. nothing was too much annoyed for the staff that was nice. Beautiful little touch was the small pot of sweetness that came with the hot drinks. they are here before will certainly be back to everyone would recommend.

Looking for a dog friendly pub we found this online and thought we would try and we were not disappointed. that was perhaps the best pub menu we had excellent eating and warm and welcoming staff and atmosphere.

Go there quite a bit nice pub nice atmosphere friendly staff good eating good value eating great choice of regular menu and specialties first time ever for Sunday dinner and that too well all round

Visiting from Inverness and recommended by friends that eat here on a regular basis, food wonderful and fabulous atmosphere, accommodated my 2 friends and I even though we had no booking and they were very busy, staff and owner exceptionally friendly ... when back in the area I will be back
